- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 3/4 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk (set aside white part for later)
- assorted sprinkles
Mix butter and sugar until fluffy. Add egg and egg yolk and mix well. Add flour and baking powder- mixing in by hand. Split dough in half, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30-45min.
Roll onto floured surface and cut into shapes. Mix the egg white with a small amount of milk, brush over shapes and add sprinkles.
Bake 10-12min.
