Day #9 Buckeyes

Buckeyes

• 1 cup butter, softened
  
• 2 cups creamy peanut butter
• 6 cups powdered sugar
• 2 bags wilton chocolate candy melts

Using hands mix together butter, peanut butter, and powdered sugar. Shape into balls and place on cookie sheets. Freeze for approx. 10min.

Melt chocolate in microwave (1/2 bag at a time, 45-60sec, do not overcook!).

Using a toothpick, dip frozen peanut balls in chocolate to resemble a buckeye. Set on wax paper until chocolate hardens.

Yields- 100
